SoftPerfect Network Scanner 3.5    
SoftPerfect Network Scanner is a multi-threaded IP, NetBIOS and SNMP scanner. It pings computers, scans for listening TCP ports and shows what types of resources are shared on a network (including system and hidden). In addition, it allows you to mount shared resources as network drives, browse them using Windows Explorer, filter the results list and more. SoftPerfect Network Scanner can also check for a user-defined port and report if it is found open, resolve host names and auto-detect your local IP range.

nPOPuk is small but comprehensive e-mail client that is based on nPOP by Tomoaki Nakashima. It offers an expanded feature set, but its data files are not backward-compatible with the original nPOP. New features include multiple saveboxes, additional mail filtering options, rudimentary parsing of HTML-only messages to make them readable, option to quote only portions of a message when replying/forwarding etc.
PortableTor 0.1.2    
PortableTor is a convenient package for anonymous web browsing. It uses Tor, a virtual network that allows you to surf anonymously. It also contains Vidalia, which is a GUI controller for Tor, and Privoxy, which is a HTTP/HTTPS proxy server. With these components working together, you simply need to configure your web browser to use Privoxy as the proxy server and you will be able to visit web sites with complete privacy.
