TrayEverything shows a list of currently opened programs with their associated windows and allow you to either hide any of the windows, or minimize them to the system tray. You can also assign a password when you hide/minimize a window so that only someone who knows the password can bring the window back into view. Unfortunately, when Windows Explorer crashes, TrayEverything does not rebuild the system tray icons. |

Date Reminder alerts you to both recurring and nonrecurring events, like birthdays, bills to pay, appointments etc. The reminders are listed in chronological order. Reminders can be marked "done", i.e. "dealt with". Past events will remain in the list until they are marked "done". An advance notice marker can be set a number of days before an event. |

ToDoList is a task management application written with programmers in mind. It claims to be "a simple and effective way to keep on top of your programming tasks." Although at first glance the interface might seem a bit intimidating, it offers all the tools you need to keep yourself organized. Note that this program does support relative paths for files. |

SwizzTool allows you to create personal reminders and automated tasks that can play a sound, display a message or launch a program at a specified date/time, weekday or after a countdown has elapsed. From the built in hotkey-editor you can create global hotkeys that can execute programs and alarms, or control the volume among other things. SwizzTool also contains a memo to save notes. From this memo you can also create new alarms and search on the Internet. |
